Central villa with many sleeping places

Villa with three floors in central Östersund with two newly-renovated bathrooms, fireplace and terrace. Perfect for one or two families with children who want to visit the Storsjö Cup, Storsjöbadet or Jamtli. Close to ski trails and the Lillänge shopping area. There are two bathrooms with showers. In the house there are three bedrooms upstairs and two rooms with sofa beds (160 cm wide). Wi-Fi and TV are available as well as space to barbecue by the terrace in the garden. Good parking by the house. Quiet area close to playgrounds. Guest access The house is a private residence, so we will have some locked spaces (wardrobes). Guests do not have access to the garage, but otherwise the house is accessible. Other things to note Towels and bed linen are not included in the rental. Upon departure, garbage must be disposed of and the dishwasher emptied. Compost (barrel with brown lid) and household waste (barrel with green lid) are disposed of in trash cans right outside the door. Waste sorting is 150 meters from OKQ8 Körfältet, alternatively at ICA Maxi.
