The home's decor is inspired by '60s pop culture and carefully curated to deliver a unique, mod, vibrant and fun experience. Look for the many thoughtful colorful details that have gone into every inch of the space. Also enjoy the stunning LA sunset from the shaded balcony that is overlooking a beautiful park. The neighborhood is safe, cute and everything is just down the street. New restaurants are popping up constantly, so great cuisine is everywhere! The space I have given much attention to detail with this project & my obsession of 60's pop culture. I spent endless hours designing the renovation & hunting for the perfect items that transformed the space into this Pop Art extravaganza. The space is incredibly clean. I pride myself in first looks being exactly as pictured in photos. Guest access The space is completely private. There is a shared entrance with the upper unit. Laundry room is located in the main house which can be done upon request. Other things to note My main house is also a themed environment, with 7 specific themes. I collect barbie dolls & other toys that are displayed throughout the house. It's been featured in books & magazines over the years. I'm willing to give tours upon request if I'm available.
