The space This lower level space is very well lit, and nicely furnished for your comfort. It includes a double egress window for daylight and exiting should the need arise. Many safety features included. Big screen T.V., free wi-fi, Netflix. Large private space (entire floor) with gas fireplace, new private bathroom, cooking space for breakfasts and meal prep. Close to the airport, restaurants, grocery stores, walking trails, and bus line. As much privacy as you'd like. Guest access Entire lower level of home with semi-private entrance at deck door (next to garage) with keypad/code entry. Self check-in. Free parking on the street in front of house. Other things to note Available: Gas fireplace, Wi-fi, 50" television, standard condiments, some breakfast foods provided, laptop friendly work space. Due to the rented space being on the lower level of the home, the space is not meant for small children or those who have trouble with stairs. There is a $25.00 fee for early check-in and late check-out. Daily charge includes 2 people. If you are a party of 3 or 4 people, there is a $25.00 per extra person additional charge.
