Siegburg City helles Apartment with Charme ICE Station

The apartment to feel good, in a house from the turn of the century, is located in the center of Siegburg diagonally opposite the medical center. The train station is only a 2-minute walk away (ICE connection). The market, other shopping, pharmacies, numerous restaurants & cafés, bakeries, butchers are close by. It has been extensively refurbished and completely newly furnished. The space The apartment has only recently been lovingly renovated. It is bright, friendly and very stylishly newly furnished with attention to detail. A high-quality box spring bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m is located in the sleeping area. For possibly two more guests, a sofa bed, as well as a bed with a slatted frame and a mattress in the living area are provided. After use, the sofa bed can be transformed back into an attractive sofa. We are happy to provide a travel crib for children, high chair and baby bath with insert free of charge if required (please let us know early enough). Guest access The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a quiet, charming and very well maintained 5-party house, which was built in 1860. It is a building from the Gründerzeit period with ceilings up to over 4.50 m high. It was recently painstakingly renovated and completely newly furnished with attention to detail. The laundry room is located in the basement of the house, where washing machines and dryers are available free of charge. Other things to note The associated terrace, which is located between 2 floors, can be reached via the staircase.
