Guest access The reservation is for both the house and cottage as well as the front and back yards. The entire homes are included in this listing, with the exception of the basement & a few closets that are locked & used for storage. Other things to note HOUSE RULES The home is located in a subdivision with families and working professionals. Because of this, guests must remain on the property. We welcome intimate and courteous celebrations. This is not the place for loud noise/music and disruptive parties. NO WEDDINGS Pets are NOT permitted Music must not be heard outside of the house and outdoor activity must be finished by 10 PM. No smoking, including vaping. No fireworks or hazardous materials. The homes, including the kids room, is designed for adults and children ages 6 and up. Please carefully watch small children around the kitchen, stairs, fireplace, bunk bed, etc.
