Other things to note Please let us know if you would like the private pool to be heated during your stay for an additional fee of $175. Please note that pool heating is only available for stays of 3 nights or more and our team must be notified at least 72h prior to arrival We ask that you leave our home in near clean condition and observe our house rules. Your stay includes basic cleaning only. Excessive cleaning, excessive laundry and damages to our home will be reported to Airbnb.
