Beach Cottage in the heart of Nags Head. Quiet and wooded neighborhood. Walking distance to restaurants, YMCA, and 4 blocks to the beach. Guests will have the entire house to enjoy while staying in the Outer Banks. Great back deck, grill and access to 2 bicycles. The space Once you have been to Nags Head, you will understand why it is such a desirable location. From this property, there is a paved pedestrian / bike path on the bypass 1.3 miles north of Jockey's Ridge State Park, for sound side beach access and the most amazing sunsets. You can head north on the path all the way to Kill Devil Hills with many restaurants* along the way. For sunsets even closer (0.8 miles), ride / walk west on Villa Dunes drive that also ends at the sound. Guest access The home is a single floor on stilts (it's the beach). The front door opens to the well appointed living area and kitchen. A hallway leads to the guest room, full guest bath, and office. Internet WIFI access is provided and there are shelves of wonderful books on many topics (Outer Banks topics, travel, health, nutrition, Yoga, among many others). The large deck with grill are on same level at the back of the house, with a table and chairs to eat outside under the stars and chairs to lounge and relax. No shoes, no shirt, no problem. The entire home is available for your enjoyment and privacy. At the kitchen counter there are local magazines listing a calendar of events on what’s going on in the Outer Banks and what to do to have fun. Other things to note If you practice yoga, please the visit Outer Banks Hot Yoga Center (0.7 miles), The Studio, or The Well Yoga Co-Op. Beach Yoga schedule is available in the summer months. Golf ?? Nags Head Links is a beautiful (and public) course on the sound. (4.2 miles). Kayaks, paddle boards, etc. Kitty Hawk Kites (1.3 miles). Beer ?? Buffalo City Jug Shop. On premises and takeout beer, (2.0 miles) and directly next to Country Deli. Fishing? Jeannette’s Pier, Nags Head Pier, or Head to Fish Heads Bar & Grill a oceanfront pub at the Outer Banks Pier.
