Wifi access, TV with streaming capabilities, dedicated work space, and a kitchenette alcove with a microwave, a coffee pot, and refrigerator with freezer are included. Continental breakfast is offered. The queen-size bed is comfortable for two people; the couch makes into a full bed. The room has its own exterior door and private bath. There is easy traveling access from Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland via Route 50 to 404 East and Routes 13 and 113 South on the Delmarva Peninsula from Wilmington, Delaware and north from Virginia. Check in at the kitchen entrance on Route 404/18 west of Georgetown. After check-in, proceed to private parking on the Route 404/18 side through the double gates. Room entry is via a private entrance. Please note this cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations made by a guest with airbnb within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. When extenuating circumstances, such as an illness, family emergency, etc. cause a guest(s) to cancel within 48 hours of arrival, and the room is then rented to another guest(s) on the date(s) cancelled by the first guest, a full refund will be considered less any airbnb charges. For traveling distance, not far from major cities. Please be aware, this property is on a major route to these beaches and towns. During the day, there is traffic, particularly in the summer, but by nightfall, the traffic has calmed. Close to tax-free shopping and dining, the Atlantic Ocean and Delaware beaches, yet in a quiet setting. Enjoy the best crab cakes and visit many countryside vineyards and craft breweries, museums, and local communities. Bring your fishing pole, canoe, or kayak. Local activities for birders, beachgoers and beachcombers, golfers, historians, and hikers are close by as well as excellent restaurants, theaters, museums, state and national parks, and trails.
