Only 7.8 miles from lovely Carmel Beach with its white sands; and 8.5 miles from Point Lobos State Natural Reserve in Big Sur. Complimentary WIFI at the campground WIFI deck only Sleeps 4-6 people No pool towels are provided, we recommend bringing your own All of our tents are grouped into 2 locations at our campground of 4-8 tents per location. Tents are on average 6-12’ apart. This Luxury Tent rental base price includes 4 people and 1 vehicle. Additional guests and vehicles are billed on top of the base price. Up to 2 additional people, and one additional vehicle max. Added guests are $15 per adult and $10 per child per night. The additional parking permit may be obtained at the front desk for $30 per night, and must park in overflow by site 32. This tent doesn’t have allocated parking in front of it, and will require you to park 1–2-minute walk from the tent. This tent is pet-friendly, and is smoke free __ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION We welcome you to just hop in the car and go camping where it is all set up for you! Keep in mind to check the weather for your visit as the climate is tempered by our beautiful Ocean. We recommend packing cutlery, plates, cups, and your favorite foods and spices. Some of our communal wash stations do have extra plates and cups, but they are communal, so they might not be available at all times. Other things we recommend is a cooler to keep perishable items cold, a flashlight, and some warm clothing, which will help you navigate the property and ensure a cozy experience. The bathroom facilities, although shared, are conveniently located just a short walk away from your site. __ On-site seasonal heated pool (open from Memorial Day weekend in May through October), private hiking trail, playground, ping pong table, and more. Please note that no refunds are available for inclement weather during the winter months. __ *Due to being a campground on a mountain surrounded by forest land our local critters have keen noses and boundless bellies! Once you finish eating, dispose of your food properly or seal it and keep it inside your car as well as any overly scented items. This is to avoid any critters coming into your unit.
