With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a resort-style pool, outdoor kitchen, and a basketball court, the home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and has everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Hot Tub Heating Note - The in-ground hot tub may be heated for an additional fee. Heating is limited to 3 hours per 24-hour period and is controlled remotely. Your Tomball Poolside Getaway Awaits Whether you're here for a special event, family reunion, or peaceful escape, the Pool House offers the perfect blend of comfort, space, and entertainment — all in a private, resort-style setting. An additional pet fee may apply to your reservation. This fee is collected after your booking is confirmed, based on whether you indicate you’re bringing a pet. Payment is processed securely through a third-party platform that is officially partnered and integrated with Airbnb. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property except a few locked owner's closets. The pond is the only shared amenity. The guest quarters is now renovated and available to rent. This house adds an additional 4 bedrooms to the property. Please contact us to book the link to both houses together, expanding the capacity to over 20 guests. Other things to note Texas has seasonal pests. We do not offer refunds for sightings of roaches, spiders, ants, flies, etc. Professional pest control is routinely scheduled—please notify us if needed. Package Deliveries: Occasionally, packages may be delivered during your stay—we kindly request your assistance in bringing them inside. Guest Courtesy: Small gestures, such as taking out the trash on designated days, help us keep the home welcoming for everyone.
