Located in the heart of Williamsburg near Michelin star-rated restaurants and the waterfront. Our building is pet friendly with a fenced in courtyard for your pup to play, friendly doorman, and a roof that you have to see to believe. This is our primary residence. We live here full time but have a place upstate that we go to when sharing our space with guests. We have a dog, if you are allergic please do not book. No Parties The space About 750sq feet of living space. Two sinks in the bathroom. A large living room that is drenched in sunlight. Full kitchen with dishwasher and gas stove. Sizable bedroom with a desk and a Queen size Purple mattress on a low lying bed. We also have a twin size air mattress and a couch that also functions as a twin bed. Guest access There is no parking on premises but there is easy parking on the streets nearby. Other things to note Towels, toiletries, bedding are provided. If you are bringing a dog please make sure they are friendly or always leashed. Our building is very friendly with a great community of neighbors. We ask that you respect them and the building itself.
