The full kitchen features granite countertops, a center prep island with four breakfast bar stools, and all the appliances you'll need to prepare a wonderful meal. The dining table seats 10 guests, or you can have alfresco meals on the balcony with canal views stretching out before you. When it's time to call it a night, you'll have three bedrooms to take advantage of, including the primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a TV. This home is close to many fun activities and attractions such as fishing, snorkeling, dining, and Sombrero Beach. Check out the Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, Marathon Community Park, Key Colony Beach Golf, the Turtle Hospital, and the Dolphin Research Center, all less than eight miles from your door. Additionally, Key Largo and Key West are both about 50 miles away. Things to Know Pool heat can be added for a fee for the months of November through April. This home also has a pool chiller for a fee also for the months of May through October. 2 dog(s), weighing 35lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool.
