The space This guesthouse has a spacious living space and two separate rooms including a full kitchen with very large walk-in pantry and washer and dryer and bathroom. Custom cabinetry/counters throughout. Lots of storage and cabinet spaces. The entrance to the guesthouse has a smart lock as well as smart locks on the doors leading to each of the two bedrooms. Info to the smart locks will be provided close to check-in time on day of arrival via text message on the Airbnb app. Guest access This guest house has a private entrance and driveway on the side street on a corner lot. The driveway can contain up to two cars in the parking space and a secured iron gate which leads to the guest house main entrance. There’s a swimming pool between the main house and the guest house with a pool fence. Guests are not permitted access to the swimming pool. Other things to note Please READ the cancellation policy before booking. THIS LISTING CHARGES EXTRA GUEST FEES FOR EACH ADDITIONAL GUESTS other than the primary guest. Maximum guests allowed is 4.
