Paradise awaits you in this rustic getaway. Island Time a located on Timber Island in a gated community on Carrabelle River. Mile to town & Carrabelle Beach. PCB 1.5 hour, St George Island, Apalachicola, Cape San Blas & Mexico Beach as you make your way. All you need on the Forgotten Coast. Carrabelle is known for the best fishing. The sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking from private boat dock or upper deck. Perfect for lil getaway for 2 or 4. Queen air mattress available upon request. The space Entire unit to yourselves . The front is living room/kitchenette with full bathroom in middle & bedroom in back has queen bed. There is room for queen air mattress in living room side (1can be provided upon request) perfect for couples, fishermen & friends and small families. Guest access You are able to access both doors. We have a smart lock left door & key fob hanging near sink in living room & key to right door kept in lock box on corner outside by bench. Smart lock will lock after 60 seconds so be sure to keep key or fob with you to avoid getting locked out. I can also provide a code for smart lock (heavy rains sometimes makes it hard to enter) Other things to note We give you address to get you to location which you will then pass thru a gate. Our tiny house was used as office when lots would be rented, but now alre individually owned.. GATE CODE & checkin I for provided with reservations made.
