Locate in the Emerald Lakes community. Our home is located near every ski slope, shopping malls, and several different towns. We’re a half hour from Jim Thorpe, Scranton, and Wilkes-Barre. This is a child friendly house with plenty of toys, outdoor equipment and board games. There is wifi and 3 smart TVs for entertainment. Newly renovated home with brand new kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee machine, dishwasher and laundry. Each bedroom provides space to relax after a long day hiking or on the slopes. The living room is spacious and provides light with windows surrounding the walls plus a skylight. In the backyard, you will find a gas grill, wood burning fire pit, trampoline, pagoda with lounge chairs, a hammock, climbing gym and a swing set with a toddler swing. We have a mini split heating and cooling system in each room so the house is always comfy and cozy. The house sits on a half acre property with beautiful, tree lined backyard. Tons of space to relax under the pergola or on the hammock. We will check in with guests throughout stay and make sure everything is ok, and whether they have questions/need assistance. The housing association includes indoor and outdoor pool, lake with beach, basketball and tennis courts, and outdoor playground. House is also conveniently situated near several ski slopes, Kalahari resort, dozens of hiking trails, and an outlet mall. Home guide provided after booking.
