It's minutes away from many New Albany restaurants (FCBC, DKD, Pints and Union, Brooklyn and the Butcher, The Exchange, and more) and Target, Kroger, Home Depot and stores of all kinds. The space -The property has lots of bushes and flowering plants to enjoy from the front or back porches. -The interior is mostly carpeted with more books than you could ever want. -There is a smart tv in the family room -The kitchen has pots, pans, and all you need to cook a homemade meal -The two downstairs bedrooms have closets and are next to the full bath. -The master bedroom is on the second floor and has an en-suite half bath ***Smoking of any substance inside the building is prohibited. You may smoke outside the unit, either in the rear garden or in front of the building. If I discover smoking has occured in the building after you have checked-out, there will be a $200 charge assessed as an additional cleaning fee. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and yard except for the basement and 2nd floor closet. Other things to note Though the house is in Indiana, it only takes about 10 minutes to cross the Sherman Minton bridge into downtown Louisville.
