It features stylish & minimalist decor, super comfy beds (the same ones we sleep on ourselves), full kitchen with gas stove, new bathroom, etc. It's a simple space in an "improving" area of Waco. 2 minutes from the grocery, 13 minutes from the Magnolia Silos & Downtown Waco. The space 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Stylish open concept living room and kitchen, as seen in photos. Our little neighborhood is like most other neighborhoods in Waco and is in the works of becoming beautiful. Most of Waco looks a little rough around the edges, but is on the up and up. The private pickleball court is a fun new addition to this property! Guest access There is a 3 car gravel driveway for you. We have a camera monitoring that area so you won't worry about your car. You will use a personal door code for the duration of your stay. No key exchanges. Very simple and easy check in process! Other things to note We do provide some pickleball gear, but we recommend you bring your own.
