Cozy Mt Snow 1-bed w/ fireplace & mountain view

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo minutes from Mount Snow. Relax on the couch that doubles as an additional full bed, or enjoy a restful night sleep in the cozy king bedroom. The kitchen has all the essentials you need for re-fueling after enjoying everything Mount Snow has to offer. The best part is the view! You can check out the chair lift activity right from the deck off the living room. The space The unit is easily accessed at ground level and is within a 15 minute walk to the lifts! It features a wood-burning fireplace and a full view of Mount Snow. Upon entering, there is a bench, boot mat, and ample jacket hanging space. The free in-unit laundry is in the closet to the left. Through the galley kitchen, with new appliances, is the open dining and living room area. The great room has a chaise lounge couch with a pull-out full mattress, new HD TV over the fireplace, and triple sliding glass doors that open onto the balcony. The dining area can double as a workstation with seating for 4. The bedroom nook welcomes you into a king-size bed with matching side tables and touch lamps. Finally, the bathroom is fully renovated and has a vanity with storage space and a spacious tub/shower. New flooring 2025! Guest access The condo is located inside the Mount Snow gates. You pass by a grand sign that says "Mount Snow" before entering. We are halfway up the hill from the main lodge. There is also an amenity center featuring a gym, lounge area, hot tub, and (summer only) outdoor pool! Everything you need is available 15 min up the road in the town of Dover and Wilmington. We recommend Shaws as the most stocked grocery store. You can head over to The Village Roost for quick to-go coffee, breakfast staples, and our favorite french fries. If you're looking for a kitschy gift shop, head to the 1836 Country Store for some Vermont favorites. Other things to note The condo is efficient and can only support a maximum of 3-4 people comfortably. Access to the balcony and utilities make this unit unsuitable for small children. Early check-ins and/or late check-outs are subject to additional fees. For guests staying with us for an extended period, we provide a starter supply of consumables such as laundry and dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels. Once these supplies are exhausted, kindly replenish them on your own for the remainder of your stay. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Drinking water: The Snowtree community water system is currently above Vermont's limit for PFOA. The State recommends not drinking the tap water or using it for cooking, ice, or brushing teeth. The notice states the water can still be used for showering, bathing, dishes, and laundry. Vermont's limit changed in January 2026 and a number of systems across the state are now above it. If you prefer bottled water, the 7-Eleven in West Dover is open 24 hours and Shaw's in Wilmington carries it — share the receipt and we will reimburse reasonable bottled water costs for your stay.
