We are also less than a mile from the Mesabi Trail entrance at the Fairgrounds for great views and more leisurely, long distance riding! ➡ Please don't hesitate to ask us any questions about the area or for more info! Tell us what we can to do host you! Guest access Entire apartment and it's amenities are included...please make yourself at home! You will have easy access with a keypad to check-in with. Other things to note ⇨ This is a multi-unit building, please be respectful of other guests/tenants and keep noise to a minimum (quiet hours are between 10pm-8am) ⇨ Extra guest fees will be charged if additional guests are brought in (Apartment limited to 2 guests max) ⇨ No parties ⇨ No Smoking on Property (includes balcony & outside all the way to the street, no exceptions, if smoke is smelled guest will be charged accordingly) ⇨ Apartment access requires going down one set of stairs ⇨ Laundry is available through a door that locks from the apartment side and is $1 (quarters) per load (detergent pods provided in unit), it is also shared with other guests in the building and is first come first serve ⇨ There is no cable TV but we do provide a smart TV to sign into your favorite streaming services as well as a long HDMI cable ⇨ An early check in or late check out may be optional for additional fee and due to booking availability. ⇨ Please be sure to review all house rules when booking! ~~~ Thank you so much for your understanding! ~~~
