Has Power—A perfect home away from home

FYI: My place has power after the recent ice storm that hit the area. Use this quaint, welcoming spot in the heart of East Nashville as your home base for exploring the city. My goal is for your stay to be a relaxing home away from home. The space You'll have the entire first floor to yourself. Just know I live on the second floor (with a separate entrance). Guest access The street and neighborhood are extremely walkable and you'll be in a fantastic location for exploring other parts of the city. WITHIN A BLOCK * Grocery store * Coffee shops * Restaurants and bars WITHIN A FIVE-MINUTE DRIVE The best spots in East Nashville for: * Food * Coffee, donuts, and baked goods * Craft beers & cocktails WITHIN A 10 TO 15-MINUTE DRIVE * Downtown/Broadway * Nissan Stadium * Bridgestone Arena * Greenway access (paved walking, running, or biking trails) Other things to note If you need to host more than four people or a larger social gathering, this is not the place for you. Because I live on the property and work from home, I'm only looking to host people that just need a place to relax without a lot of people, noise, or drama. And to keep my neighbors happy so they keep bringing me baked goods. #yummy Note: The four guest limit includes people not staying the night. So if you have three people staying the night, only one other person can come hang out with you. The main shared areas are the driveway and backyard. DRIVEWAY The two driveway spaces in front of the house are for you. BACKYARD We both access our floors through the backyard so we'll see each other occasionally as we're coming and going.
