Double bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom hold four children comfortably. Keyless entry into the home makes check-in a breeze. Lower Level: There is seating around the firepit for 4, seating for 6 around the table on the back patio, additional chairs on the patio. Arriving early? Grab groceries at Ingles in Toccoa (15 min) or a giant fish sandwich at Captain D's. Jenkins Boat Ramp (4 min) and Clemson (45 min) are also in the area. WATER LEVEL: As of February 13, 2025, we have 8 feet of water off the dock. During the lower parts of the year, it may be difficult navigating a boat back into our cove. DOCK: We have a swim dock on our property that is available for guest use. PATHWAY TO DOCK: The pathway to the dock is a short walk of around 80ft on a paved pathway. BOAT RAMP: We are only 5 minutes from the Jenkins ferry boat ramp, which is perfect if you plan on bringing your own watercraft. Make those memories on the lake at Havenly Hartwell!
