The space This condo is ideally located in the 1st Avenue building of the complex. This provides a great water and city view from the balcony. We are one floor below the roof deck with stunning views of the Sound and just an elevator ride to the pool, hot tub and gym. Condos located in the 2nd avenue side of the complex must go down the elevator and walk across the outside courtyard to the pool, hot tub and gym and take an additional elevator up to the roof deck after crossing the outside courtyard. Guest access Park one car in our secured garage. Walk to everything! Other things to note Standard check in times are 3pm-9 pm. However check-ins between 9-11 pm can be accommodated ,if scheduled in advance, for a $50 per hour late arrival fee (9-10pm $50, 10-11 $100, after 11pm may on rare occasions by accomodated, please inquire in advance). This will be charged after booking. Check in after 11pm is usually not possible. Our HOA requires an in person greeting and tour of the complex. Our greeter will reach out to schedule your arrival about a week prior to check in. Bookings made within 3 days of arrival are charged a $50 fee for short notice. The tour takes about 20 minutes.
