This beautiful retreat is located just 15 min from Devils Den State Park, the Razorback Greenway, UofA campus, and live music, theatre, and many shops, dining, and local breweries. 30 min to the Walmart Music Pavilion and 37 min to the Bentonville Square. Come stay with us and and experience all NWA has to offer! The long secluded driveway surrounded by creeks and waterfalls provides easy access to the property. Only 5 min to the nearest grocery store and 15 min to shops, dining, breweries, and many outdoor adventures. Main Level: Open concept living with soaring ceilings and large sliding glass doors open to beautiful views from EVERY space! This cozy cabin is equipped with a full size kitchen including all the essentials, a FULLY stocked coffee bar, laundry room with full size washer and dryer, a wood burning fire place, new gorgeous furnishings, and one full bath stocked with toiletries. All of this opens to the main level deck with an outdoor smokeless wood burning fire pit with seating. The outdoor gas grill is located outside on the kitchen side of the cabin. Propane and utensil are provided. Kitchen: -Full size refrigerator/freezer with 2 ice trays, gas stove + oven, full size microwave, and sink -Necessities to cook up your favorite meal or bake a delicious dessert (dishes, cutlery, pots + pans, utensils, and a Ninja insta-pot/air-fryer/slow-cooker) -Coffee Bar stocked with coffee, sweeteners, and creamers (drip coffee maker with reusable filter) -Roasting sticks to roast that perfect marshmallow around the campfire (we provide a s'mores starter kit with marshmallows, grahams, and chocolate) -USB charging station with cords to charge phones and other devices ***PLEASE NOTE: -No dishwasher in kitchen. You may either hand wash the dishes provided or bring your own disposables. -No garbage disposal. No food or waste to be put in the kitchen sink drain. -No ice-maker. The ice bin will be full upon arrival and there are 4 refillable ice trays in freezer ready to go. -Home is on well water. It has been tested and is SAFE to drink but some do not care for the taste. If you prefer bottled water and will use more than the 2 complementary bottles of water per person provided, please be sure to pick some up on the way. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. Upper Level: Sleeps 6. Follow the staircase up to the large open loft, furnished with 2 queen beds and a tranquil seating area. On the opposite side, you will find the large master furnished with one king bed and a full master bath stocked with all the essentials. ***PLEASE NOTE: The architectural design of the space encourages togetherness. It is a VERY open-concept and is NOT for those that need to be completely isolated in silence from other guests in order to sleep. Also, due to the architectural design, there are no window coverings. If you are someone who is sensitive to light while sleeping, bringing a sleep mask to rest and recharge is highly encouraged. Last, due to the openness of the space with high ceilings and expansive glass, when outside temps get 90+, the HVAC unit can take a while to cool. We recommend adjusting the thermostat as soon as you arrive to allow plenty of time to cool the upstairs before sleeping. We also provide floor fans that can be used to assist with airflow. WHAT WE PROVIDE TO GET YOU STARTED: We provide bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), starter toilet paper, as well as starter paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and laundry detergent/dryer sheets. We will start you and your guests off with coffee, creamer, and sweeteners. We also provide 2 complementary bottles of water per person (located in the refrigerator). Our home is on 45 acres in a community known by locals as Hog Eye, AR. We are five minutes from West Fork, AR and 15 minutes from Fayetteville, AR. Our property is neighbored by other large farms and is remote and quiet. We welcome everyone, however, the architectural design of the home is NOT childproof/child-friendly. Please keep in mind that this cabin is in the woods with a high deck, exposed interior fireplace, lots of stairs, low railings, and an outdoor solo stove. Supervision of children is ALWAYS necessary and children should NEVER be left unattended without adult supervision inside or outside of the cabin. Tractors and atvs are for owner use ONLY and are NOT allowed to be used by guests.
