Sunrise Vibes - 2 BR - rent monthly in off-season

Our spacious, vaulted ceiling condo has everything you and your family/friends need! This rental is a 6 minute drive to Lewes Beach and 6 miles to Rehoboth Beach. The condo can sleep up to 7 guests and is a corner unit. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath end unit with lots of natural light is located on the 2nd floor in a quiet community with plenty of free parking and a community pool. *Our community pool is closed due to a fire at clubhouse, but you will have access to another community pool 2.8 mi away. The space *This property can be rented monthly in the off season (Sept-April) - please submit an inquiry. - Please note - Monthly discounts are not available during the summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day). *All guests must be 25 years old, except for children with parents. **DEL 302 Management standard: -Linens and towels are included -Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms. -Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided. Bedroom 1 - 2 Queen Beds Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed and Twin Bed COMMUNITY AMENITIES: - Plantations Community Pool is closed but you will access to another community pool just a short drive away(2.8 mi away). BEACH ESSENTIALS: - 2 Chairs - Beach Towels - 1 Beach Cooler INDOOR LIVING: Spacious open floor concept condo with living room, fully equipped Kitchen, dining area, and 3 season room. TVs w/ streaming services. -There are 4 TVs in the condo that are equipped with Netflix and Amazon Prime guest accounts. You may also log into your own accounts. KITCHEN: Fully equipped, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, toaster, dishware/flatware, pots/pans. GENERAL: WiFi, washer/dryer, linens, bath towels, hairdryer, central AC/Heat, keyless entry, iron and ironing board. PARKING: - 2 parking spaces labeled - Extra "guest" spaces in parking lot. PROXIMITY: 5.4 miles to Lewes Beach 6.3 miles to Rehoboth Beach 6.4 miles to Cape Henlopen State Park with walking/biking trails and beach access. 12 miles to Sports at the Beach Our condo is located on the 2nd floor of the building. Along with the 2 bedrooms, we have a spacious living room with a comfy couch and a futon with a 3 season room with plenty of sunlight. *Please note - the couch is not a pull out. The futon is considered the "sofa bed" on AirBNB. The first bedroom is to the right of the kitchen and has a queen bed and a twin daybed. The master bed/bath is to the left of the kitchen with 2 queen beds. In the master bathroom, you will find a shower with a tub for your relaxation needs after a long day of traveling. The 2nd bathroom is a shared full bath off of the kitchen in between the 2 bedrooms. Laundry room is located in the hallway right before the master bedroom on the right hand side. *Don't hesitate to bring all your vacation needs as there is plenty of storage and closet space in every bedroom. Beach supplies for guest use - including beach towels, beach chairs, and cooler. They are located in the front entrance closet. *Fully equipped kitchen for your cooking needs along with a Keurig coffee machine (with complimentary Kcups). Feel free to use our full size washer and dryer(with complimentary detergent) to have a clean suitcase full of clothes going home. *Fast WIFI is available for all your streaming and social media needs. There are 4 TVs in the condo that are equipped with an Amazon firestick with Netflix and Amazon Prime already logged in with Guest access. You may log into any other streaming accounts available should you have an account. Guest access - There are 2 labeled parking spaces right in front of the unit next to the parking lot light. There are also additional “Guest” spots that are labeled as well in the middle of the parking lot. - Guests have access to a nearby community pool. *PLEASE NOTE - Our community pool is closed due to a fire at the clubhouse, but you will have access to another nearby community pool 2.8 mi away. Other things to note You will get checkin instructions the day before check-in and will receive the door code the day of your check-in. *As of July 1, 2022, retailers in the State of Delaware no longer provide a plastic carryout bags made from film at checkout. Instead, they now provide customers access to a reusable bag for purchases, or you may bring your own.
