Its a home away from home! Come relax in this cozy attached casita. Roku TV with cozy throw blankets in the ottoman. One queen bed & a sofa bed that pulls out into a full size bed. Sofa bed sleeps one adult or two children comfortably. Cook outside on the BBQ grill or inside with the provided cooking supplies. Catch the beautiful sunsets on the overlook trail just a short walk down the street! Shared space includes Patio furniture with firepit, trampoline, and playset for small children. The space This casita is a brand new build. This casita was built in February 2022! It is an attached space to a permanant residence, which we reside in full time. You will have your own private entrance, and have an unshared personal space. Comes fully stocked with bedding, pillows, additional blankets, card games, cookware, toiletries, coffee pot, tea kettle, coffee, tea, and a few snacks! Outdoor amenities are shared with owners but please feel free to enjoy the guest seating area, BBQ grill, and firepit. Guest access 1 guest parking space available in the gravel, where parking sign is posted. Please do not block any gates, garage doors, driveways, etc. If more than 1 vehicle is arriving, please contact host for approval prior to stay.
