Only minutes from the Indian Cove Joshua Tree National Park entrance, this glamping experience is the perfect jumping off point for anyone in the area to hike, climb, or just soak in the desert vibes. This 1974 airstream was fully remodeled in 2018 and was our full time home as we traveled the western United States before settling in the California Desert. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, full size bed, shower and eco friendly composting toilet. The space While 150 square feet may seem small this airstream is surprisingly spacious. A full kitchen complete with an oven, stove and small refrigerator/freezer. There is even plenty of drawer and closet space for longer stays. A desk near the front doubles as a working and dining space, and a couch with panoramic windows is a perfect spot to watch sunset after a long day hiking in the National park. Guest access Coming off the highway the road is gravel, but it is very well maintained so any vehicle shouldn’t have a problem. A well lit path leads to parking right next to the airstream, so you won’t have a problem if you are arriving after dark.
