The Master Bedroom features Victorian furniture with an adjustable bed, mini refrigerator and a wall mounted television for your comfort. The master bedroom also has a half bath for your convenience. Each of the remaining two bedrooms also have individual mini refrigerator and bedroom #2 also has a wall mounted television Living room features a luxury recliner sofa,loveseat a wall mounted television, a quiet fan. Guest access Parking is available in front of the building and on the side. This is a a self check in unit. To access the unit a code will be provided to the guest on the day of check in around 2pm. You need the codes also to access each of the bedrooms. Other things to note The HVAC thermostat controls both units. We implore our our guests to endeavor to maintain the temperature between 70-72 during winter months and 68- 70 during summer. We provided additional fans in both living room and bedrooms for your convenience. No smoking of any kind is permitted in the units and we do not allow parties, pets, illicit business transactions in the unit. Only registered guest or guest are expected to occupy the unit. Any additional unregistered guests will constitute a violation of the house rules and security. In the event an unregistered guest occupies the unit a $50.00 fee will be accessed per guest plus a surcharge of $30.00 rules violation per guest.
