The space The Farmers Market House was originally built in the 1930s. Absolutely gorgeous inside, a full renovation was completed in December of 2021 expanding the indoor space to 1250 sqft. An additional 270 sqft deck was added off the kitchen for outdoor enjoyment. Large oak and pecan trees keep the porch shaded most of the day. The Master Bed has a full en suite with a shower and large bathtub. The second bedroom includes a bunk that sleeps 3. Each bedroom is equipped with its own smart TV. The house has a dedicated office space equipped with sit/stand desk, oversized external monitor, and (200M+ internet connectivity). For long-term tenants, there is an abundance of indoor storage space. There is a portable crib and high chair for guest use in the house. Guest access Country living means good neighbors and a quiet neighborhood. The oversized driveway provides space for 2 cars or a car and a trailer. Guests will have full access to all areas except a small cleaning supplies closet. Other things to note Note that security cameras are on the property as part of our neighborhood watch program.
