Prime location to all major hospitals. Must be 25+ years of age to book. The space This is a 2 story apartment which is attached to our real estate office in the heart of Clintonville. You have your own private parking space, entrance, laundry facilities, kitchen, bathroom, living space, office area, and patio. Easy access to 315, 270, 670, 23 & 71.  Additional on-street parking is also available. You do not have access to the main part of our real estate office as everything is separated within these two parts of the building. No need to worry about having to walk through our office to get to any parts of the space, as the unit is entirely private to you. The kitchen is fully stocked and available to you for cooking, baking, or heating up leftovers. The bar seats 2 people for dining. Also provided is a wine fridge, ice maker, microwave, crock pot, toaster, blender, coffee maker, instant pot, hand mixer, dishes, dinnerware, bakeware, silverware, utensils, wine cart, etc. for your use during your stay. There is a quiet office space as you walk in the main door. It has a desk to be able to quietly work which is away from the main living space upstairs. The office is equipped with WIFI, a printer, notepads, writing utensils, and more. Every room has at least 2+ USB charging ports accessible for charging an endless amount of electronics. There are 2 additional work stations upstairs in the main part of the apartment for additional work space. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed in them, along with a sofa that can lay down to provide additional sleeping space. Extra linens, pillows, comforters, etc. are also provided for your use. This home is a pet, smoke and drug free zone. If you smoke, please do so outside and away from the building. All tobacco products should be removed from the property at the end of your stay. No pets, parties, or drugs allowed on the premises. Must be 25+ years of age to book. No 3rd party booking is permitted. Guest access You have access to the whole apartment shown, rear paver patio, and backyard area. We have supplied the unit with most kitchen items one would ever need, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels, sheets, extra pillows, comforters, and other various amenities to make your stay the most comfortable it can be. Living room and both bedrooms have their own 55" smart TV's. You can log in on your own Netflix, Amazon, or other favorite streaming channel, or feel free to use ours that should already be logged into the TV's. Please double check to make sure you are logged out, or have removed your external streaming device, at the end of your stay. Other things to note Local areas of interest include Whetstone Park of Roses, Farmer's Market seasonally (Spring to Fall) each Saturday, Worthington Farmers Market (year round) , eclectic restaurants and shopping.
