Guest access Check in 4pm. Guests will receive an Igloo door code to enter the home. Backup key is located in a mechanical lockbox on the side of the home (gas meter on east side). Guest is to text if they have an issue to receive key. Guest reservations are for the entire home. Parking: Guess will be provided with a garage remote to the two-car garage and may also park in the two-car driveway. Host reserves the single tandem garage. Parking is restricted overnight on the street for limited time periods. On-street parking along side of the property is available but I do need to notify our HOA in advance if parking larger RV / recreational vehicles. Please let me know if you have any special parking needs, I'll make sure we can figure out a good solution. Other things to note PAY IN MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS - Our medium terms guests can elect to pay in monthly installments. GREAT FOR REMOTE WORK. Fast wifi, plus a dedicated workspace and additional workstation in the family room. AMENITIES FOR EVERYDAY LIVING. The Host has equipped this place for long stays— fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, and ample parking. DO NOT tamper with the smoke detectors. If one starts to chirp, please notify me immediately. We have a wired system, but units have a battery back-up and batteries are changed annually. COVID19 Cancellations: If your home location and/or Arizona institute travel bans between the two states, we will refund your stay in full if you cancel through the app (traveler cancel). For any other reasons the policy at your time of booking applies (you can see the policy when you click on the property on AirBnB app or in your reservation) PETS 1 dog(s), weighing 50lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Host approval. There is a one-time pet fee. If you have a pet, please inquire with us prior to booking - please note our pet rules and understand we require daily pick up of dog waste to be disposed in outside trash receptacles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
