Small and Cozy Waterfront Cottage on Georgian Bay

Newly renovated, comfy & cozy 3 bedroom 3-season cottage on the shores of Georgian Bay. Sleeps 6, with all the comforters of home, (washer/dryer, full kitchen w/dishwasher, living & dining room w/wood burning fireplace, deck, BBQ, firepit, & hot tub. Our cottage suits two couples with young children or a family with older children & grandchildren. Enjoy the shopping, artisans & exquisite local fare. We are 30 minutes to Blue Mountain Village, close to the Bruce &Georgian Trails. The space 105 Feet of private waterfront access. Water shoes are recommended (could have rocky bottom). Large deck with a hot-tub, dining and lounge area. We have (X2) Kayaks and (2) Paddle Boards and adult life jackets in various sizes. We have parking for 4 cars. NO room for small booth or trailer. We have stairs to our own private waterfront. Other things to note Country living and country plumbing! - Our cottage runs on a new septic system - Please do NOT put anything but toilet paper down the toilet - Please be mindful of running the dishwasher/washer and shower at the same time! - The septic system alarm will go off - Our water supply comes from Georgian Bay (Shoreline Well) We have the following filters - UV Filter - Bacteria Filer - Charcoal Filter - We test our water every year when we open it for the season Kitchen is equipped with the following items please do not bring: - Dishwasher - Nespresso Machine - Keurig Coffee Machine - Stove - Fridge - Microwave - Utensils - Dishes - Pots/Pans - Cutlery - Dish soap/Cleaning supplies - Garbage/Recycle bags - Complimentary tea and coffee - Sugar/salt and variety of spices - Ziploc bags/Aluminum Foil/Saran Wrap Partying - Our cottage is located in a quite area with mature families. - I have a strict policy of no partying. - Most guests are respectful and reasonable to this regard, if your group is extremely loud or disruptively intoxicated you will be asked to leave at your own expense. There will be no refund. Please leave the cottage as you have found it! - Dishes washed/dried & put away - Counters wiped down - Floors swept - Bed stripped of the sheets and placed at the end of the bed for turnover - We will do a thorough sanitation cleaning between guests. Dogs! We love dogs, who doesn't! We welcome your pet to our home to be part of your family vacation!
