Historic two story home with three bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, circa 1900, located in the old downtown district of the quaint river town of Livermore, Kentucky, just two blocks from the confluence of the Green and Rough Rivers and our expansive riverfront recreation complex. River kayaking and canoeing and biking trails on marked low-use county roads are right in your back yard!! The space The two story home has three very comfortable bedrooms and a great living space. The main floor has the Green River Room with king bed and private bathroom with shower, and the Rough River Room has a queen bed and private bathroom and shower and tub. The upstairs has the Simmons Room, named after the original owner, with a private bathroom with shower and tub, and a small sitting area. The main floor also has a cozy living room with television, a bright sunroom with game table and electric organ, handicap bathroom, and a spacious kitchen with side open-air porch for morning coffee! The basement has a game room with ping pong, air hockey, and foose ball games for those looking for a challenge! The front porch overlooks the old historic district and has a swing for your enjoyment! Guest access All living areas of the house are accessible to you only. The Inn will be your private space! Other things to note Locally roasted coffee provided and homemade cinnamon rolls and sour dough bread for your first breakfast! For biking enthusiasts, we are a short ride to the National Bikeway that crosses America linking the east to the west coasts! WiFi and TV Firestick available for movies, programs, and news and DVD player for movies.
