The space This cozy home has a simple open floor plan with an Arizonan desert-decor. Living Room: 65" TV, a bluetooth sound system, and a comfortable couch. Kitchen: All the essentials including pans, pots, spices, dishes, cutlery, and more. Keurig machine, air fryer, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher, etc. Master Bedroom: A KING bed, a dresser, full length mirror, and a private en-suite bathroom. Second Bedroom: A queen bed and a desk workspace. Laundry Room: The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. It is stocked with laundry soap and dryer sheets. Guest access The house has a one-car garage to protect your car paint from the Arizona sun! There is also plenty of street parking available. Other things to note All bedding (sheets/pillow cases/mattress pads) is laundered between each guest. Trash and recycling pickups are on Thursday mornings.
