To accommodate larger parties, a second separate space (one bedroom and one bath) is located on the upper level and available for rent (Uptown Treehouse). Downtown Treehouse is the lower-level apartment of the house, with an upper-level apartment also available for rent. It's newly renovated and has all the modern-day conveniences to be a home away from home, as well as separate entrances and outdoor sitting areas. Easy entry into the apartment since there are no steps. There is a private patio with a grill and outdoor seating. The living room has a TV and a love seat that converts to a twin bed if needed. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a full bathroom (shower only, no tub). Please note: Downtown Treehouse is not pet-friendly. Sheets and towels are provided for your convenience. Guest access All of our homes are private residences so you have access to the entire house unless otherwise noted in the description (the owner may not allow use of the garage, etc). Free parking at all homes. After you make your reservation, you will receive an email with instructions for access, including a keyless access code if your home has keyless entry. You will hear from one of our local rental staff members and we will be available to assist you in whatever way we can! During your stay A Greybeard Rentals staff member is on call for 24-7 emergency service if you encounter issues during your stay. Our main office is located in Black Mountain and is staffed through the week. We all live locally and can provide tips on how to make your experience special. We even have a Guest Services division so that we can coordinate providing Biltmore Estate tickets, discounted zipline or rafting trips, flowers and chocolates, spa packages, or even just give you ideas for area activities, the Asheville restaurants we love, the trails we like to hike and more. Other things to note Unfortunately, this home is not pet friendly.
