The space The Atomic Bungalow comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests across two bedrooms and a versatile living area: Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed, cozy and bright, ideal for couples. Bedroom 2: Full-size bed with vintage charm, perfect for friends or family. Living Room / Common Area: Spacious and welcoming with an easy-to-use Murphy bed for extra sleeping space. Relax here, stream on the TV, or enjoy the character of the original hardwood floors. Bathroom: Clean and functional with a shower/tub combo. Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need to cook — from morning coffee to a sit-down dinner. Laundry: In-home washer and dryer make longer stays a breeze. Guests also enjoy high-speed WiFi, plenty of natural light, and the timeless charm of a home built with history in mind. Guest access 🔑 Guest Access Guests will have full access to Atomic Bungalow, including both bedrooms, the living area with Murphy bed, full kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and the outdoor fire pit area. Street and driveway parking are available. Entry is self check-in via smart lock — codes will be provided prior to arrival. Other things to note ℹ️ Other Things to Note Fire Pit Use: Guests may use the outdoor fire pit but must notify the host 72 hours before arrival. Only Duraflame fire starters (not provided) are permitted — no lighter fluid or combustible liquids. Wood is not provided but can be purchased locally. Guests must follow fire safety instructions provided in the handbook. City burn bans, when in effect, must be followed. Street & Driveway Parking: Safe, free parking is available on the street in front of the property and in the driveway. Please do not block neighbors. Weekly Maintenance: Yard care may occur every 8–12 days (typically Wednesdays). Guests accept this as part of the stay. Not Childproof: The home is not equipped with baby gear or childproofing. Noise Policy: Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please respect the neighborhood. Surveillance: Exterior cameras are located at the front and rear entries for security.
