Approximately 200 sq. ft. and newly remodeled. Unit has a full bath and kitchenette with sink, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and dishes. Table inside for eating or as a work station. Outside grill for cooking. Small private porch with 2 chairs and table for relaxing. We have several chairs by the river as well as a dock for fishing and room for up to a 28 ft. boat. Enjoy the beautiful view and passing freighters up close and personal! Guest have full use of our waterfront! Feel free to swim or wade in our sandy beach area! We are available to offer assistance and advice on fun things to do in the area. We are on a very quiet, dead-end street. Very peaceful, serene setting! Close to amenities in the Bay, Clayton and Canada. Alexandria Bay is less than two miles from our home and Clayton is about 9 miles away.
