This is one of two units that we have available on our property. Both are separate from our home and have kings sized beds. 200 sq ft room with full bath and kitchenette. Outside grill and space for up to 28 ft. boat. Parking for boat trailer as well. Property is directly on the river. View from room is restricted. The space Approximately 200 sq. ft. and newly remodeled. Unit has a full bath and kitchenette with sink, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and dishes. Table inside for eating or as a work station. Outside grill for cooking. Small private porch with 2 chairs and table for relaxing. Guest access We have several chairs by the river as well as a dock for fishing and room for up to a 28 ft. boat. Enjoy the beautiful view and passing freighters up close and personal! Guest have full use of our waterfront! Feel free to swim or wade in our sandy beach area! Other things to note Alexandria Bay is less than two miles from our home and Clayton is about 9 miles away.
