Very Clean, Very Private Very Affordable And Very Zen The space You will be staying in peaceful, quiet, light filled private 1 Bedroom Master Suite with QUEEN size bed, large spa like Bath, with a totally private entrance and hallway in the hub of West Asheville. We have also provided you with an off the street private driveway to park your car which is located a few feet from the gate entrance to ZenShe. This guest suite (ZenShe) is in the main house but does NOT visually share any part of the of owners quarters. Home owners enter through their front door and through a vestibule into their home. Airbnb guest enter through the side entrance of the home into a hall way leading to the guest suite. The Airbnb guest suite and the homeowners living space are separated by two sets of French doors. Any sound you might hear are just homeowners coming and going through their vestibule as they enter or leave their home. Our cat's name is Joe. He is a long, very friendly, black pussycat. You might hear us calling for him to come in at the days end. We are a totally LEGAL AirBnB, so you can book with confidence! PLEASE read our reviews for further confirmation. The amenities include: Self check in. We have provided you with a secure lock box and a secure PIN number. This affords you to arrive at your own convenience. Very Comfortable, high end QUEEN size bed, a large spa like bathroom with a large soaking tub/shower, various personal sundries, hair dryer, first aid kit and an abundance of plush towels. A comfy reading chair w/ottoman, work desk and chair affording a place to read, relax or work. The bedroom has a triple set of west facing screened windows affording light, fresh air and landscaped privacy. We also have central air. Our property is highly landscaped and our back yard offers a private, fenced, meditative space to sit quietly. There is a small lawn deck with a table, umbrella and chairs to the far left of the back yard. Please be mindful of residents also living on the ground level. The guest suite also is supplied with a small refrigerator, microwave and a one cup coffee maker and WiFi. Last, but not least, we have stocked the shelves with books on art, design and a few quick novel reads as well as some interesting art on the walls for your pleasure. Our community of neighbors on Nevada Avenue are polite/caring individuals who live harmoniously and are respectful of each other. Our home is located at the end of a dead end street so there is not a lot of vehicle traffic which makes it that much more peaceful. This is a great, safe neighborhood to walk and enjoy the vibes. Yet just two blocks is Haywood Road, where you will find the hub for all the various specialty stores, restaurants, and nightlife you might want. Your private parking space is to the right side of house (you will see a sign that says “ZenShe” on the gate in front of you as you park.
