A Salubrious View - Overlooking Bird Island

Salubrious View is aptly named. It overlooks a teeming marine estuary at the west end of Sunset Beach on Madd Inlet. It sleeps 14 comfortably in 6 BRs (4K, 2Q, 1 bunk) with 4 full and 2 half baths. This large house is open concept with gourmet kitchen, 2 dining areas, 2 large gathering areas, elevator, and abundant private spaces. It’s 5 decks overlook expansive views of the ocean, marsh, Bird Island, Intercoastal Waterway and stunning sunsets. Guest access The house is quite secluded from the roadway but an easy walk to beach access. We have wagons and trolleys and there is a new ramped walkway to the beach. Parking for 6-8 vehicles max makes for easy in and out. Please no parking, driving or turn arounds on the lawn!
