Family owned Duplex located in a beautiful and historic neighborhood. {Chatham-Arch neighborhood} ---- This duplex was built in 1900 and still has a lot of the original features. ---- We are located right along Mass Ave and Bottleworks. This house has a newly renovated, unique basement. Our family loves traveling and has put A LOT of love into this home for others to enjoy while away from their own home. Main Floor -Living room with a love seat, card table and TV -"Pool table room" -Powder room -Fully stocked kitchen -Master bedroom -Den turned into a sleep space -Access to backyard and front door Master bedroom -Very comfortable queen sized bed with a TV located in the bedroom. The Master space also includes a reading nook, and a full bathroom. Shower has a rainfall shower head along with a handheld. Den -Very comfortable queen sized bed. This space has the least amount of privacy and is not deemed a bedroom. May hear small sounds from the floor above you. Basement -Master bedroom -Full bathroom (rainfall shower head) -Living room with XL couch and a TV -Laundry room ---- Extra linens, hand towels, bath towels all included with the space. There is a front porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee. There is a newly renovated pool table available for use.We typically try to always have toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, and laundry soap stocked. We will have FREE street parking available. Weekends at night are limited due to people spilling in from night life, ect. There is a gravel lot we can reserve for you, if needed. Only one spot available in the back. Know you will have to WALK AROUND the alley to access the front door as there is an enclosed space where you cannot access the backdoor. There is a small fenced in backyard area. The area is private but the other side of duplex has the outdoor patio above that looks down into the space. A dog might pop his head over to say hi but will never have physical interactions. You won’t hear from either of us unless you need anything or there’s an issue. We both usually have our phones on us and can respond quickly. Chatham-arch is a historic neighborhood with a lot of scenic views. Very safe residential neighborhood. There is a lot of street parking all around the residence. Uber and lyfts are very quick and easy to find, usually. Many bird scooters, use at your own risk. There are cameras on site to monitor Front door, side alleys, and back alley/parking lot. We do monitor to make sure there are no parties on the property and to make sure no animals are on the property. We also like the extra security surrounding the home. ------------------------------------------------------- No smoking allowed on the property, including the side alley. We have found numerous burn marks on the front porch and would like to avoid any further damage. Please smoke on the sidewalk in front of residence. ------------------------------------------------------- Parties and events are not allowed. No extra guests allowed in the residence. If you do plan on having one or two visitors during the day, just send us a message. This is a duplex so parties are not allowed. ————————————————————- There are stairs going into the house and down into the basement. There are no railings at this time. Not handicap accessible.
