Start your day watching the sunrise over Four Peaks and end it with a sunset glowing behind Granite Mountain. Known for its natural beauty and tranquility, the area’s lack of light and noise pollution creates the perfect setting for a calm, restorative stay. The space This is a newer development so the land/backyard around the property is only dirt at this time. Guest access Main roads are paved, dirt roads in the neighborhood. Parking on site to the left front of the casita. Other things to note 45 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport 35 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale Located near hiking/biking trails, outdoor activities, and pristine golf. This a quiet, family friendly area; this area is not Old Town Scottsdale. We must be mindful of our noise level and respectful to all neighbors. Please have fun, relax, and enjoy your stay. Closest gas station - 5.3 miles away Closest grocery store - 12.2 miles away
