This room is in a townhouse located in the central area of CVill, 15-min walk (2-min drive) to UVA Hospital, 5-min walk to 4 bus stops (Route 6), 5-min drive to shopping centers & gas stations. It shares 2 full bathrooms with 3 other independent rooms. Each room has its own refrigerator, writing desk, chair, closet/storage, trash bin, & dress mirror. Shared dining room with table, chairs & a large refrigerator, full kitchen, washer, dryer. Fast Internet (600 Mbps). Long-term discount available. The space This room is on the first floor of the townhouse, and is the only bedroom on the first floor, right beside the dining room. It has a queen-size bed, probably can host 3 guests (2 adults and 1 children) at most. Guest access Guests can park (1) along the street in front of the house (1 parking spot), (2) by the white fence and on the lawn in front of the house (3 parking spots), (3) in front of a small shed garage, by the wood and steel web fence, and on the lawn on the side of the house (3 parking spots), or (4) on the driveway (2 parking spots). But please be careful to (a) NOT BLOCK THE ENTRANCES/EXITS OF OTHER PEOPLE’S CARS, (b) NOR HIT THE NEIGHBORS’ FENCES. Thanks! During your stay Guest can either contact the host through Airbnb message (preferred) or directly call him (the phone number will be available after the booking is confirmed) IF THERE IS AN EMERGENCY. Other things to note Please check in after 3:00pm on the arriving day, and please check out before 11:00am on the departure day, so our clean staff can have enough time to clean the room.
