Because this is an end unit, the open floor plan is bathed in natural light, featuring brand-new windows and sliding glass doors that frame the emerald waters of the Gulf and offer some of the best views in the complex. The interior is designed for both relaxation and seamless connectivity. For those who need to stay connected or stream in high definition, the condo features ultra-fast Gigabit internet, ensuring plenty of bandwidth for everyone in your group. Whether you’re settling in for a movie night on the 65" Sony 4K Roku TV or streaming music through the Sound Blaster Roar Bluetooth speaker, the experience is fast and reliable. We have also integrated 30w USB-C outlets in the kitchen and dual USB-A/C outlets in both bedrooms to keep your devices charged. For your comfort, we’ve updated all the essentials, including a new AC system, an oversized water heater, and an efficient in-unit washer and dryer. In the kitchen, you’ll find everything you need, from stainless steel appliances and a dedicated pantry to a view of the ocean right from the sink.
