The open kitchen space opens up to the spacious living area, complete with two comfy sofas, a coffee table, and a lounge chair, all in a retro mid-century style. This area has a sliding door that opens up to the patio. In front of the sofas, you can also catch up on your favorite shows on the large 65-inch OLED TV, complete with all premium channels and integrated Roku system for Netflix, Hulu, and Prime. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a 70s-style lounge chair, a picturesque view of the garden, a large dressing room, and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom number two has a view of the garden, a spacious storage closet for your luggage, and a small desk. Bedroom three has a queen-sized bed, a 70s-style lounge chair, and two large closets. The second bathroom is located between these two bedrooms and comes with a bathtub/shower. The screened patio is a great spot to enjoy the garden, complete with native plants and flowers that attract birds and butterflies. This area has outdoor furniture including a coffee table, a three-seat bench with cushions, two chairs, and a rocking chair. Enjoy the ambience provided by the light strings hanging around the patio at night. The BBQ area is located outside next to the shed and there's a paved garden area with a round table and four chairs, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or having a restful break. A walking path also winds through the tropical garden along the house. Inside the garage, you'll find a laundry room and a storage area with everything you need for the beach, including beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys, and toys for the house. You'll also find a range of ironing gear and a drying rack for any delicate clothing. Parking is available on the property in front of the garage. Guest access The entire house including garage is accessible to our guests. 1,560sqf of living space, screened patio, garden and Bbq area. Other things to note We ask our guests to please respect this quiet neighborhood. No loud music or any other behavior that might disturb our neighbors is permitted. No parties allowed. Noise levels have to be kept down after 10pm. No extra visitors are allowed unless discussed and agreed upon by us. If you wish to invite family or friends please let us know and we will confirm.
