Paseo drive is seven blocks away. This spacious efficiency is a garage apartment. Guest access Entire apartment Other things to note This apartment is upstairs. So you will have to climb stairs. It’s an older apartment building that we have remodelled. It also has parking available under the unit. The apartment is in a complex, and behind a two-story unit. The apartments face north. They are on the west side of Western Avenue and South Ave., NW. 27th St., Street. Regarding early/late check in/out- they are subject to availability (other check outs/ins the same day) and we do have a $20 early/late check out fee.
