Bedrooms & Bathrooms • 7 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms Upstairs • 2 bedrooms – One bedroom with a luxurious king bed – One bedroom with a queen bed and triple bunk bed Basement • 5 bedrooms – 2 bedrooms with king beds – 3 bedrooms with queen beds and triple bunk beds Bathrooms include one full bathroom upstairs and 1.5 bathrooms in the basement. Just steps from the home, you’ll find your private dock, offering direct access to Yuba Lake for boating, fishing, and water adventures. The home is located in a very secluded area, so you can enjoy your stay without worrying about disturbing neighbors. For boat launching, Painted Rock State Park is just a short drive away and provides an easy access point for boats and jet skis. Guest access The whole property is available to you, with exception of the camper RV parked above the property. Other things to note Our home uses well water, which is perfectly safe and common in the area. Some guests prefer the taste of bottled water, so we recommend bringing bottled water or a refillable water jug for drinking. The hot tub is designed for soaking and relaxing but does not have massage jets. We also recommend that guests bring their own pool towels for swimming and hot tub use.
