Kick back and relax in this calm, coastal chic space. There are many amenities included as well as home creature comforts. From 3 different pools (family / lap / beachside) to double tennis courts and racquetball courts (1 with basketball hoop), fitness center with cardio, resistance, and free weights equipment, as well as a clubhouse rooftop patio overlooking the beach and launchpad. There is much to see and do here. Enjoy peaceful beaches, rocket launches, port dining and nearby attractions. The space Our townhouse retreat is very close to the launch pad, which makes for excellent viewing from the beach or clubhouse rooftop patio. There are two private beach access gates, car rinse off station by the tennis courts and trash compactor, and much more. Wild peacocks occasionally roam the area so please take precautions - no feeding, touching or speeding, etc. Also, people are sometimes strolling or cycling through, walking their dog, etc. Speed limit is 15 mph. Guest access Guests can use all of the recreational spaces with a key fob access. Other things to note Only one dog under 30 lb is allowed. Guest dog must be registered with the HOA office by filling out a form, submitting vaccination records and photograph, as well as paying a $7 fee to the HOA. Guests assume all liability for any accidents inside or outside the home. Owners are not responsible.
