Conveniently located less than 10 minutes from downtown Nashville on a quiet, leafy Inglewood street, enjoy your Nashville getaway with all the comforts of home and lots of custom touches. Newly renovated and self-contained studio apartment above our home with keyless entry, private deck, off-street parking for two vehicles, kitchenette, and plenty of space for singles, couples or family of three. As experienced travelers ourselves, we try to anticipate all of our guests' needs. The space Park in the dedicated guest driveway and come up one flight of stairs to 730 square feet of renovated space with lots of custom finishes such as custom made breakfast bar top with room for four to eat, bathroom barn door, hand knitted throws, etc. Entering from the upstairs private deck, you'll have the impression you're in the coolest tree house ever! The cozy bedroom under the eaves features a queen size bed and surface space for suitcases and plenty of shelves and hanging space for clothes. The separate sleeping nook in the dormer is ideal for a child (or small adult!) and includes a privacy curtain and blackout curtain. Bed is 5.5 ft x 36 in. The stylish bathroom features two separate sinks, shower, and lots of natural light. Open living space includes large sectional, TV, bistro table for dining or working, plenty of electrical outlets and phone charging stations. The sectional could also provide additional sleeping space for children. However, there is a charge of $10 per night for each person after three guests, whether adult or child. The space is really set up for a maximum of three people. The quiet HVAC wall unit with remote control gives you complete control over the temperature. Newly installed kitchenette includes sink, microwave, toaster, mini-fridge, dishes, silverware, induction plate for cooking, basics such as oil, spices, etc., paper plates if you don't want to do dishes, and complimentary coffee and tea. Relax with your coffee at the table on the private deck among the trees and overlooking the garden. As we live downstairs, you may hear occasional everyday noises, but the most you'll hear is the TV.
