Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Full kitchen w/amenities, brand-new granite countertops, washer/dryer access, full bathroom w/bathtub, living room, queen bed & twin over full beds, pull-out double futon, internet & propane grill. There is also outdoor courtyard w/gazebo, lights & outdoor seating for grilling, eating & an outdoor shower. Reservations under 7 nights may require additional fee. Please read all of the description! The space These are 2 individual apartments, in the same building. There are 2 full baths, 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms. Bdr1: queen bed Bdr2: queen bed Bdr3: twin over full bunk beds Bdr4: twin over full bunk beds Full size futon in each living room. The place is beautifully decorated for a magic atmosphere and centrally located, less than 1 min walk to the ocean. There is a shared outdoor space with grills, gazebo & picnic tables. There are propane tanks on site, however propane itself is not included. If there is any left from previous guests, you are welcome to use or you can purchase a full one. You can also fill the ones on site at a local gas station. Beach chairs & umbrellas are available for use as well. 1 parking spot is included, in a nearby lot, at the end of the street. Due to location close to the beach, there is very limited on site parking, reserved for handicap passes. We allow pets for a one-time pet fee of $150 for the first pet, $75 for any additional pet. We can host a maximum of 3 pets. Early checkin and late checkout could be added based on availability & an additional fee. All mattresses will have protectors on them. Linens, towels and blankets are NOT provided. Guests are responsible to bring their own. Pillows are included. Reservations under 7 nights may be subject to additional fee.
