Refund Policy: • If a mandatory evacuation is ordered for the area where the property is located, we will provide a full refund for any unused nights of the booking. • If a hurricane is forecasted but no mandatory evacuation is issued, we do not offer automatic refunds. However, we recommend that guests consider purchasing travel insurance for added protection in case of unforeseen weather events. 3. Early Departures: If guests choose to leave early due to an impending storm without an official evacuation order, refunds will not be provided for unused nights. We urge guests to plan and make decisions based on official local warnings and advice. 4. Power Outages and Property Damage: In the event of power outages or other issues caused by a hurricane, we will do our best to communicate with guests and provide updates. If the property becomes uninhabitable due to damage, we will work with you to either relocate your stay or issue a refund for the remaining nights. 5. Trip Insurance: We highly recommend that all guests consider purchasing travel insurance to cover potential trip interruptions due to hurricanes or other unforeseen events. - Work remotely? Yes!
