Guest access Travelers have access to all rooms of the chalet, the entire property and parking for 6 vehicles. On the estate, in the mountains in the heart of nature, travelers have access • To two private lakes with water sports equipment rental and fishing permitted in season; • To trails for hiking, walk in nature and/or snowshoeing; • To a yoga corner in nature; • To its climbing wall member of the Fédération d’escalade du Québec; and • To direct access to the Parc du Corridor aérobique (58km multifunctional recreational course built on an old railway) for walking, biking (rental available) and snowmobiling. Nearby, travelers can enjoy several activities such as • Ski slopes and activities of Mont-Tremblant & Mont Blanc; • Mont-Tremblant, Héritage and Montebello golf courses; • Brébeuf sandy beach; • Visit & restaurant of the Montebello relay village; • Various attractions, festivals and tables in the region. Also available in chalet, massage therapy service and catering service to please you! Other things to note NEIGHBORHOOD PEACE – At all times, it is essential to respect the peace of the neighborhood. No excessive noise will be tolerated after 10:00 p.m. to avoid complaints. Fees for non-compliance with the regulations will be charged. MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF GUESTS – At no time can the maximum capacity of guests exceed the number allocated to the chalet. No Party. The BBQ will be available from May 1st to October 31st. NO PETS, a fee of $200 + taxes per day will apply for the presence of an undeclared animal with the exception of chalets allowing animals. Please note that barking is considered excessive noise and measures will be taken to this effect. Private PARKING at the entrance of the chalet. NO permits on the side of the roads. Our infrastructures are entirely NON-SMOKING, a fee of $200 + taxes per rental day will apply in the event of a violation of this regulation. DAMAGE / BREAKAGE / THEFT - Fees may be charged to cover any damage, breakage or theft caused to the chalets, furniture, items or other, as well as any additional cleaning costs required at the end of the stay to restore the chalet. Kanata Tremblant may terminate the rental at any time if the guest does not respect the conditions or violates the regulations in force. Kanata Tremblant will not provide any financial compensation related to bad weather that may cause an interruption of satellite television, internet access, electricity or water.
